I like to add time to the Max 30 workouts to increase my calorie burn. In terms of my personal experience, Max 30 is comparable to the first month workouts of the original Insanity. I've done original Insanity, both Asylums, and now Max 30. Is there anything I can do on the 2 days off? I feel like I'll lose progress or I beat myself up because I feel I. It's supposed to be 5 days on and 2 days off.

While MAX:30 was good, I do feel that the full Insanity workout offers pretty significant benefits Search all of Reddit. Have moved on to do the original Insanity workout. Mixed it with PIYO:LIVE and Insanity:LIVE, and was doing it while doing Weight Watchers. Max 30 is hard! Could only get through 17 mins of the first Cardio Challenge Got my t-shirt! Great program. Just finished first workout of second month of max 30 after completing t25.

Big old sweaty mess after second time through max out strength.
